The Milton Junior Woman’s Club (“MJWC”) is a philanthropic organization with a long history of providing funding to non-profit organizations and charities that benefit Milton residents.
Funds for community grants come from proceeds of The Milton Road Race, an annual event sponsored by the MJWC and held each spring. Due to the COVID pandemic, the MJWC road race was held virtually in 2020 and attracted far fewer participants than a typical year. We continue to support the community with grants in 2021 but please note that the maximum amount we can give to any one organization in 2021 is $500.
The application for its 2021 Community Grants is available now. Any tax-exempt organization that assists Milton residents or enriches the Milton community is invited to complete a grant application and submit it to MJWC by February 28, 2021.
The club will review all applications at its March business meeting and grants will be awarded to organizations by the beginning of April.
